GAMES SOCIETY

If you're afraid to fail then you'll probably fail; mindset is what sets the best from the rest.

The Games Society is a place where everyone can get out of their comfort zones and try something new. A place where everyone is welcomed with open hearts. The society works toward building self confidence and discipline with the help of physical fitness. You're not always going to be motivated which is why you must be disciplined. Because those days when you get up early and you work hard; those times when you don't feel like working but you still push yourself will bring you all the trophies you're working towards.

The Games Society is also a home. A family to everyone who's part of it. Where not trying isn't an option. A vibrant community of enthusiasts, students and even teachers who share a passion for playing and exploring games of all kinds. We believe that 'Games have power to bring people together and create amongst them a spark of creativity and bonds'. The Society conducts numerous events throughout the year such as sports day and Samagam including basketball, badminton, table tennis, throwball and so on. It hosts tournaments periodically between both intra college as well as inter college levels. So let's play and laugh together as we 'don't play to win the game but to learn and make memories'!

"Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn" highlights that every outcome offers value. Winning brings success and recognition, but losing isn't just a setback-it's an opportunity to grow. By learning from mistakes and improving strategies, athletes can turn losses into lessons that fuel future success. This mindset encourages resilience and continuous improvement, reminding athletes that progress matters more than any single game.

Lastly, to everyone reading this : nobody starts off as a professional, we can all take pride in being a beginner as well.
