Orientation Programme for UG Semester I Students

An Orientation Programme for the newly admitted undergraduate students of Semester I was conducted on August 7, 2024 at Loreto College, Kolkata. The programme began with a short prayer followed by an address by Sr. Powlin, the Community Leader. Sr. Dr. A. Nirmala, the Acting Teacher-in-Charge, introduced the history of Loreto College and spoke about the values of Loreto Education. The teachers of the college were introduced and an audio-visual presentation on the different aspects of the curriculum as well as college life was made. The general orientation was followed by the departmental orientation, for which the students were taken to their respective departmental classrooms.
