Online Poster Making - Psychology Department

The Psychology Society of Loreto College had organised an online poster making competition in observance of April as Autism Awareness Month. with an aim to spread awareness by encouraging students to design posters which would sensitize the society about Autism Spectrum Disorder and generate empathy and acceptance of the uniqueness of the people in this spectrum. Many students across all departments and years participated in the same and designed beautiful posters.
Out of them, the esteemed judges for the competition (Dr Dinaz R Jeejeebhoy, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology; and Dr Ranjita Dawn, Head and Assistant Professor, Department of Education), selected the best five posters. The winners were-
1. Manaswini Surana (Psy H 1st year)
2. Sneh Jajodia (Psy H 1st year)
3. Meghmandra Pal (Psy H 2nd year)
4. Sarah Khaled (Psy H, 1st year) and
5. Srijaini Ghosh (Psy H 2nd year)
The society office bearers are immensely grateful to the staff advisors, the judges, Sister Christine Coutinho and all the participants for coordinating so well and helping the event to become successful despite the current crisis situation.
