Interactive Session on the NET Examination for students of PG 1 English
Ms. Shreyasi Das Roy, student of the B.Ed Department of Loreto College, conducted an informative session on 7th April, 2025, for students of the Post Graduate First Year, Department of English, regarding the National Eligibility Test (NET) of India, a crucial exam for those aspiring to pursue a career in academia. The session focused on providing students with a clear understanding of the intricacies of the NET exam, offering valuable insights into its structure and preparation strategies.
Ms. Roy began by explaining the eligibility criteria, exam format, and subjects covered in the test. She emphasized the importance of having a strong foundation in English literature, as NET tests both subject knowledge and research aptitude.
