Connexion 2025: Department of Economics Alumnae Reunion
On January 4, 2025, the Department of Economics, Loreto College, Kolkata organised Connexion, an engaging and vibrant Alumnae Meet for graduates of the department, bringing together former students from the first batch to the most recent. The event provided an insightful opportunity for alumnae to reconnect, reminisce about their college days, and reflect on how their time at Loreto shaped their personal and professional lives. It was also a wonderful occasion for alumnae to engage with current students, faculty members, and peers, fostering a sense of community and continuity within the department.
A highlight of the event was the inspiring address by Teacher-in-Charge Sr. Dr. A. Nirmala, who praised the department's achievements and encouraged the students to dream big and remain consistent. The event left both alumnae and current students with renewed energy and a deeper commitment to the core values that Loreto College upholds. It was an enriching experience, filled with nostalgia, inspiration, and hope for the future.
