EASTERN CULTURAL

The Eastern Cultural Society seeks to spread awareness of the rich heritage of Indian dance, music and other traditional cultural activities. Members are motivated to be creative and innovative. Throughout the year, the society contributes to several college functions, as members perform a wide range of dance and song at annual events such Prize Day and Teachers’ Day. The society organizes inter-collegiate competitions in various categories of eastern music and dance at SAMAGAM. It also organizes singing and dance recital/workshops which provide unique opportunities for students to interact with eminent artistes.
