AICUF Society Event: A Shared Experience

The AICUF Society of Loreto College had organized an online Creative- Writing competition named, A Shared Experience on 24th of June, 2020. In light of the current global Covid-19 pandemic and Amphan, an unusual experience that West Bengal faced, the participants were asked to share their own positive experiences where God has been that light who has brought them out of darkness during these difficult times. They could write on what they have learnt, express their gratitude to the key workers and healthcare superheroes/any person(s) who have helped them experience positivity (a manifestation of Divine Providence) during these difficult times.

The two topics that were given to the participants were:
1. The Covid-19 Pandemic and Quarantine
2. The Amphan: And God was Present Even after the Strong
We had received essays that were extremely well written and had conveyed their individual experiences splendidly.

A panel of judged had selected the winners for the competition. They are:
1. 1st place Anu Anet Lepcha, Education Honours Second Year
2. 2nd place Janettee Anupa Rozario Geography Honours First Year
The AICUF Society thanks all the participates for taking part in the event and sharing their experiences.
