Functions carried out by the ICC:
• Regular orientation/sensitization programmes involving awareness of laws, safety at workplace
• Maintaining active mobile helpline and/or email, direct connectable personnel for lodging complaints
• Regular tracking of reported incidents of sexual harassment and disposal of incidents with detailed records of complaints lodged, nature of investigation and final outcome of disposal/redress
• Frequent meetings among ICC members, on policy execution and reporting. Reports to be included in summarized format in the Annual Report
• Counselling record of victim and psychiatric intervention
• Redress of incidents by verbal or formal warning, suspension, dismissal, even police or local stakeholders’ intervention
