Department of B.Ed.: Poster-Making Competition on the theme 'Reading and Expression'

On December 6, 2023, the Semester I trainee students of the Department of B.Ed., Loreto College, Kolkata enthusiastically celebrated Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav through a captivating poster-making competition centred around the theme ‘Reading and Expression.’ The event showcased the students’ artistic talents and creativity as they visually conveyed the importance of reading and its impact on self-expression. Mehwish Ali Ahmed secured the first position, while Sambika Ghosh and Neha Hossain secured the second and third positions respectively. The posters reflected a deep appreciation for the power of language and the transformative role of literature in shaping ideas and perspectives. The competition was a resounding success, fostering a sense of pride in linguistic diversity and promoting the joy of reading within the student community.
