B.ED Orientation Programme: 2022

The Department of B.Ed. organized an orientation programme for the students of session 2022-2024 on September 28, 2022. The programme commenced with an inter-faith prayer service prepared by second-year B.Ed. students followed by words of welcome by the Principal Sr. Dr Christine Coutinho. The Principal introduced the faculty, briefed the freshers on the history of the Department and highlighted on its steadfast commitment towards training young women to be competent teachers with high professional standing.
An Interactive Panel Discussion was conducted by students on B.Ed. activities and answered their concerns about the course. The students were also addressed by the Head of the Department, Mrs Kaustava Banerjee. She briefed them on the rules and regulations of the College and conveyed her best wishes to the students on their new journey.
