Leaders of Tomorrow

Loreto College in collaboration with Knux.in, a speaker's bureau and influencer accelerator, organised a presentation by Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Chief of Design and Packaging, ITC Ltd on May 29, 2021. This was part of a series of inspirational talks that the College has organised for students in the course of the pandemic. Speakers from different walks of life have shared their experiences in their journeys through illustrious careers.

Apart from his passion for design and packaging Mr. Kumar is an avid global speaker and a mentor to several young men and women as they start with their careers. Based on his rich experience of over 28 years in the corporate world, Mr. Kumar chose to speak on Leaders of Tomorrow. He focussed on very practical issues like the boss and relations between the boss and subordinates crucial to the growth of an organisation and personal contentment of all. He emphasised on the fact that modern leadership was about achievement and this cannot be attained in isolation. Healthy and productive interrelationships in an organisation are crucial. This presentation elevated the perspective and minds of students evident from the engaging interaction that followed.
