Interactive Session with Kanchan Gupta

On September 26, 2020, the students participated in an interactive session with renowned journalist Mr Kanchan Gupta. A well-known senior journalist, commentator and analyst, Mr.Gupta addressed the students on the evolution of media in India. His narrative beautifully presented his career trajectory- association with leading newspapers in the country; his role as a member of the PMO during the Prime Ministership of Atal Behari Vajpayee and his work as Director of the Indian Cultural Centre in Cairo. Through his conversation, he highlighted the many challenges he faced in his career and the prospects for the youth who aspire to enter the world of journalism.
