Department of B.Ed. Panel Discussion

The Department of B.Ed. of Loreto College, Kolkata conducted a panel discussion by teacher trainees on December 15, 2021. The topic for the discussion was- 'Teaching-Learning: New Challenges And Opportunities In A Pandemic World'. The panel discussion was a Departmental activity that was efficiently curated by the B.Ed students, under the guidance and support of Dr. Debika Guha, Head of the Department of B.Ed. The panelists were Aishwani Ghosh Dastidar, Archana Verma, Ayesha Tahreem Siddique, Mandavi Pyne and Rachana Bhattacharya. Each panelist spoke with sheer passion and enlightened the audience with various facets of the theme. The dimensions analyzed by the panelists were administration, academics, sociology, economics, and politics related to Teaching -Learning in a Pandemic world. After each panelist had expressed their views, the floor was opened for the audience for queries and opinions. Discussion and exchange of views was extremely interesting and enriching. The entire panel discussion was a very enlightening and enriching experience for both the panelists and the audience alike as it gave an insight into a plethora of new ideas and opportunities regarding the issue.
