Value education has always been an integral part of Loreto education. Students attend one session of Value Education per week where the Loreto values of Love, Freedom, Justice and Sincerity are inculcated even while they strive to attain excellence and develop self-confidence. Emphasis is placed on sensitivity to gender issues, HIV and substance abuse and inclusive education. They are encouraged to be responsible citizens and to help those in need. Compulsory Community Service is an essential component of value education.
