The Party Project: Abki Baar Yuvaaon ki Sarkaar

The Political Science Society conducted its first event for the session 2022-23 on September 20, 2022. The activity titled, The Party Project: Abki Baar Yuvaaon ki Sarkaar, was a political party making project competition. The participants were asked to create their own hypothetical political party, party logo, and slogan which would be unique and should not resonate with any existing political party. During the course of their presentation, they were also asked to speak about their party manifesto.

The competition witnessed participation in large numbers. A total of eight teams with two members per team participated. The winners of the event were chosen through a voting system, in order to enhance and promote the democratic process in its real sense. The winners of the event were Khizra Batool and Hafsa Jamal; Alvira Parveen and Sharfi Firdausi, secured the second position; and the third place was secured by Madhubanti Chaudhury and Simran Manna. All participants displayed utmost creativity, uniqueness and enthusiasm.
