ICICI Bank On Campus Placement Programme

The Placement Cell of Loreto College organized a placement drive for the students in association with the ICICI Bank. Like the past years, ICICI Bank has been recruiting students from the third year for the Ascend Programme and following the positive outcome, they invited applications from our students this year as well. Students from Economics Honours and Psychology Honours were eligible to apply for this programme. The recruitment was a four-step procedure with the students first filling an online application. Then the candidates were shortlisted and made to take an online personality test which was then followed by a Group Discussion. The applicants shortlisted from the Group Discussion were to then appear for the Personal Interview. The final process took place on January 8, 2021. The whole procedure took place online with Cisco WebEx being the platform for conducting the discussion and interview.
