Annual Staff Day 2023

The Annual Staff Day was celebrated on September 5, 2023 in the college Auditorium. The programme began with a Eucharist offered by the AICUF Society followed by students’ cultural performances based on this year’s theme, ‘Pointing to the Stars.’ The three silver jubilarian staff members, Dr. Amrita Dasgupta, Dr. Sukanya Dasgupta, and Ms. Mary Naskar, who have dedicated 25 years of their service life in college to the noble cause of education, were felicitated as a part of the Staff Day celebration.

A riveting dance performance based on the conventional Gurukul system, designed to convey a profound message on the ideal teacher-student relationship, was followed by a skit and a medley of songs dedicated to the faculty and the office staff. The short, yet beautiful event concluded with a vote of appreciation from the Student Council, and a fellowship meal.
