Handing over Ceremony 2021-2022

The Handing over Ceremony of the outgoing members of the Student Council (2021-22) was held on May 25th, 2022.

The Ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp by Academic and Administrative Officer, Mrs. Sharmila Mitra Deb, Student Council President Rachel D'Sena and Vice-President Aparajita Roy, to signify the presence of the Almighty among us.

Our Principal, Sr. Dr. Christine Coutinho's welcome address was read out, following which the present Student Council President Annweshaa Chatterjee and Vice-President Megan Gunnion called upon the Office Bearers of every Society to read out their respective society reports.

At last, the Student Council President and Vice-President read out their report stating the innumerable activities conducted from 2021-2022, both in the online and offline mode.

The Programme concluded with an inspiring message from our Principal, and the Loreto Chorus was sung with great pride by everyone present. The ceremony was attended by members of the college faculty and the members of the new Student Council, dressed in the Council uniform of green and white.
