Time - The Influence of Media on Entertainment

NSHM School of Media & Communication organised "TIME" (The Influence of Media & Entertainment) from November 12 to 14, 2021 via StreamYard and live sessions through Facebook and YouTube.

TIME, was an online panel discussion, oratory competition and amateur film screening event focusing on power packed sessions by industry leaders, which highlighted the role of media and entertainment in influencing minds of the Gen Z.

Students from Loreto College participated in the event. Ahana Mitra from Economics Honours Second Year and Sagarika Ganguly History Honours Second Year secured the first and second places respectively on the first day of the Oratory Competition. Tanushka Dutta from English Honours Third Year secured the First position on the second day of the Oratory Competition.

Srestha Dutta from the English Department Second Year received the Jury's Award in the Oratory Competition and Debopama Datta English Department Third Year secured the First Prize in the Film Making Competition.
