As a part of the Swachh Pakhwada campaign, the students of the college were motivated to participate in a kite painting competition. Beautiful kites with messages – verbal and non-verbal – was the fruit of this event. An essay-writing competition also brought out aspirations and values of cleanliness and its impact on society and life. Certificates were awarded for participation as well as to the winners of both competitions.
On September 15, 2016 a cleanliness drive was conducted by the National Social Society in the college. All the students including all the three years present in the society took part. Groups were formed and assigned different parts of the college and the campus for sweeping, dusting & swabbing. By 12 noon all the groups were done & the collected waste/ dust was appropriately disposed of.
This was followed by the students of the entire college taking an oath to keep the environment clean & the nation beautiful. The Swachh Pakhwada programme was a complete success! The Swachh campus campaign continues in college.
