Library and Common Room Clean-up Drive

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Loreto College, Kolkata organised a cleaning drive in the college campus on April 4, 2024. The two areas of focus were the Library and the Common Room. 36 NSS volunteers were divided into two groups for the purpose. The first group cleaned the common room by dusting the sofas and cushions, rearranging the tables and chairs, and wiping the cabinets and windows. The second group cleaned the library by dusting the books and wiping the shelves. This drive helped the students to appreciate the daily efforts of the facility staff in keeping the library and common room clean.
