The Research Cell of Loreto College organised a special presentation by Dr. Saoni Banerjee of the Department of Psychology, Loreto College on 3 March 2020. Her presentation was titled "Somatisation and Potency in Adolescents: Through a Cross-National Lens". This was part of her doctoral work in the University of Haifa, Israel. The presentation highlighted how socio-cultural factors play a significant role in economically underprivileged adolescents’ heath perception across two nations - India and Israel. The ppresentation was well received and incited a fruitful and critical discussion with the audience.
