On the morning of 7th May, 2019, Loreto College, Kolkata, observed the ’Crowning of our Lady’, which has been an annual college tradition since its inception. On this auspicious day, Blessed Virgin Mary is honoured and crowned. The AICUF society organised the event. It began with a procession bearing lighted candles in Mother Mary’s name, by the President of the Student Council, followed by other members of the Student Council. It was followed by some beautiful hymns, sang by the members of the AICUF society.
