A two-day National Seminar on Child Sexual Abuse: An Integrative Cross- Functional Approach was organized by the Departments of Human Rights, Sociology, Journalism and Mass Communication on 01 and 02 March 2019 at Loreto College. The seminar was organized in collaboration with O.P Jindal Global University (Haryana) and The Bhawanipur Education Society College (Kolkata). The seminar addressed the issue of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) from a multi-disciplinary perspective by taking into account not just the role of parents as primary care-givers but also scrutinized the role of different stakeholders (including government and non-governmental agencies) involved in dealing with CSA related cases.
