On 11 January, 2019, an MoU was signed between Loreto College, Kolkata and Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata. This was done in the presence of Sr. Christine Coutinho (Principal, Loreto College), Suchandra Chakravarty (Teacher-in-charge, Bhawanipur College) and the IQAC Coordinators of the respective colleges.

Under the MoU, it was decided that the two colleges would collaborate on academic matters like the organization of seminars, conferences and workshops and also facilitate teacher and student exchange for special presentations and lectures.
