The event was a collaborative initiative between the Social Service Society and the National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of the college, with the Association of Voluntary Blood Donors, West Bengal, as the medical partner, providing professional medical assistance and the necessary equipment for the camp.

A team of 20 volunteers from the Social Service Society and the NSS Unit played a pivotal role in the seamless coordination of the event, facilitating communication between donors and medical staff and handling logistical aspects. Their efforts were instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient donation process while offering continuous support to all participants.
