Political Science Department Participation at Inter-College Scholastic Conclave Debate, Jadavpur University
The Political Science Department received an invitation from the Jadavpur University International Relations Department to participate in their inter-college scholastic conclave debate. The motion for the debate stated: “Modi Govt foreign policy enhances India’s position as an international actor.”
Loreto College was represented by Tarunima Panwar, Nitika Nayar & Pravleen Kaur Chowdhury. The debate was intellectual and it undoubtedly enriched our knowledge of India’s Foreign Policy.
Pravleen Kaur Chowdhury spoke ‘for’ the motion and was placed 1st, Nitika Nayar spoke ‘against’ the motion and was placed 2nd.
